REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY & RETURN TIMEFRAMES

If you feel the product you bought from us isn't what you thought it would be, please contact us. We can arrange a replacement, or refund if you prefer that. We want you to be happy with your Ron D Swan purchase. You should contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase with your concerns, and when returned, the product should be unused and unmarked.

WARRANTY PERIOD

If your Ron D Swan product is defective, please contact us and we'll see what has happened. We can give you a replacement or refund. We make our products to last, so if yours doesn't, let's talk. For panniers, please refer to your instruction sheet on how to care for your pannier. If you've lost your instructions, please let us know and we'll email you a new sheet. Its important you follow the instructions on setup and care.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

When you put in an order through our website or over the phone, well make sure we post it out within 2 business days of completed payment. If there is a problem with supply we'll let you know as soon as we receive the order. We use Registered Australia Post, so once your purchase has left our hands, we're relying on them. Always contact us if you think the delivery is taking too long and we'll investigate for you.
Delivery to Melbourne usually takes 1-3 days, Sydney and other capitals 2-4 days. Outside metro areas, 2-5 days and more if you are in a remote area.
At Christmas time delivery times are always a day or 2 longer.

Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST

POSTAGE

Postage is added to your order when you fill out your address details. Postage rates range between the following:
Legbands: $2 anywhere in Australia (up to 2 items)
Vests: $5.50 anywhere in Australia (up to 2 items)
Bags: $11-$15 depending on where you live (up to 3 items)
Panniers: $14-$20 depending on where you live (up to 2 items)


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:

Your bank statement will read Ron D Swan/Walking Foot, Castlemaine
Customer card details are kept confidential and then shredded after processing.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

Your bank statement will read Walking Foot.

WHOLESALE:

We will sell wholesale to retail stores with a mind to an ongoing relationship. Just contact us request our wholesale price list. Payment policy is upfront payment for all products. Postage for your order will be calculated on ordering, this usually costs $15-$25 depending on your location in relation to us (eg a Perth or Queensland order will unfortunately cost more to post than a Sydney order)
We use Registered Australia Post for all our deliveries.
